momento tickets

concerts don't give you physical tickets anymore, so I created an ecommerce site to order a keepsake ticket from your favorite shows. simply enter your seat numbers, the artist, and the show and we created a design and send you a physical ticket with your info on it.

i built the software, the fulfillment chain, and the marketing:

software - custom shopify plugin with a backend of dozens of different ticket designs (designed by me).

fulfillment - worked directly with custom print shops across the country. automatically emailing them batches of orders. afaik, there is still no cost effective way to fulfill small quantities of print on demand orders. this was the bottleneck

marketing - paid social campaign for trending shows of the time (t-swift, beyonce, etc)

ran this from 0-10k mrr in 2 months, but the overhead on fulfillment cut into margins heavily.
